“The coupon used to be really good where you would get a big bottle of lotion for free now you get the little 4 oz bottle of lotion for free and I feel like I spend a lot of money at bath and body and I know the pandemic everybody took a hit but I still think that you're loyal customer should still get the good deals and it's just a little discouraging that the good people that come in there and spend a lot of money don't get good coupons we get coupons for $7.50 off then you can't even take the $7.50 and buy a big bottle of lotion to take that off you can't do that and I don't think that's right either that's super discouraging they need to go back to the Good coupons but nonetheless I give him a four and a half star and I that's the only lotion I use it's always good any one of them have a great”

I am a Realtor here in Las Vegas & I had to get professional photos taken a couple weeks ago and I needed two of my sport coats to be taken-in & after calling around to different alteration places everywhere was backup for at least 2 weeks. My pictures were the next day (this was a last minute circumstance) and I did not really count on someone being available until I spoke with Marica here at Ten Bridal. She was fantastic. Marcia was able to get me in right away and have my jackets ready the very next day first thing in the morning. She gave me excellent service and my jackets are perfect!! Great service like this needs to be acknowledged! I will be returning to Marica to perform all my alterations in the future & I highly recommend their service.”

It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS!
