I was especially impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Even after the surgery, Dr Steve Huang was available to answer any questions or concerns we had, even after hours. “I had been contemplating on what location was the best to take my son for dental work as he has already experienced a bad one. From going from a traumatic experience for both me and my son has been very difficult to trust someone else. I came across this location and I can hands down say I'm very happy with my son experience and myself as a mother. The staff is very welcoming and friendly very cheerful team. Very open place, clean and organized. The best is they had a little play area already for the kids. My son absolutely love Andrea! She made his experience very fun and bubbly. She made him feel safe and she explain every step she was doing also let him see the tools she was using. After his clean up Dr. T came in and was very friendly, made my son feel comfortable around him. You can tell he's very good with kids and letting them trust him to do his job. He explain every concerns I had with detail and what he feels was best for my son. I didn't feel pressure to make any decisions I did not feel comfortable with. Explain to me how each produce will work. I couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a trust worthy place.”

“This was by far the best introductory visit I've ever had to a doctor's office, and I have seen more doctors than the average person. Dr. Ortega was fun, friendly, informative, and professional. She took time with me and listened not only to my medical history, but to my personal story, as well. It seems strange to say that I look forward to returning for a follow-up visit! She had a medical student shadowing her, and he, too, was friendly and thorough. Dr. Ortega took time to teach him during my exam in a challenging and encouraging way. The staff was also friendly and fun, making this visit the best part of my day.”

“Dr. Steljes is a fantastic cardiologist, he probably saved my husband's life. We went to him for a second opinion. The first cardiologist just gave him medicine and out the door. Dr. Steljes wanted to know what was causing his heart fluttering - and found he had 2 areas in the heart that were severely plugged and needed stents. Could have been a heart attack in the making. We find him very professional and his staff fun and helpful.”

“I am editing my review just two weeks after this initial post from 1 star to 4 stars! I was a bit desperate and decided to try one more time. I left a message with out much hope of getting a return call! Well, to my surprise, I received a call back the next day and was able to get a telamed/telahealth visit not too soon after. The NP (Abby) that did the call, was great. She took her time with me, answered every question and had me referred to 6 specialists with referrals faxed the next day! I did express my frustration and was told that with COVID they had difficulty finding and keeping someone to answer the phones and return messages. I’m quite sure that they didn’t get any of mine! Anyway, if you can, please give them another chance! Original Review: They don't even deserve this one star! I too have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 months. I have left countless messages when the voicemail didn't cut me off and have never received a call back. I decided to try again and there is a new message stating that they are "telehealth" only. I still have not received a call back. Thank goodness my condition is not critical. Beyond poor customer service!!!”

“We were referred to Desert Cardiology shortly after arriving in Henderson in 2008. Our experience has always been positive. Yes, we do wait to see the doctor at times but have not visited many medical offices where you don't wait. In December of 2017 Tom had two stints put in and we have nothing but praise for the way they have taken of him. Just 2 weeks ago I had a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done. The tests needed for the procedure started just before Covid-19 started closing everything down. Through the long period waiting for hospitals to open again Dr Narala kept in touch with me and made sure every test was up to date and pushed to get in done ASAP in case hospitals were shut down again. It took 7 months but I feel without the excellent help of Dr. Narala it could have been even longer. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. Becky and Tom Barker”

“I’ve been going to Dr. Narala for over 6 years now for congestive heart failure. I saw him again yesterday and it occurred to me...he is a very busy man with patients waiting, and my time with him is limited, that is just a fact at any doctor in our valley. But, when I am with him I feel like I’m his most special patient, that we are a team, that the quality of my life means something personal to him. His staff is excellent, his office is set up for all the necessary heart testing. And this is huge....I’ve never had a problem calling for an appointment, a live person answers the phone. The best.”
