She took time with me and listened not only to my medical history, but to my personal story, as well. It seems strange to say that I look forward to returning for a follow-up visit! She had a medical student shadowing her, and he, too, was friendly and thorough. Dr. Ortega took time to teach him during my exam in a challenging and encouraging way. “Wow, what a wonderful new restaurant for our city! I've eaten here several times now, and without fail, everything has been perfect, from the drinks to the food to the service. The bacon-wrapped dates are amazing; I could make a meal out of just those alone, and we've gotten them every time we've come in. The Venezuelan chicken dish was amazing. Seasoning was perfect, and it was cooked perfectly. Tonight I tried the fish tacos, and again, they were right on with the flavors, nice crispy fish, and the fresh avocado on each one. The handmade passionfruit margaritas were a delicious accompaniment to the meal. The staff is fantastic, and the owner makes us feel very appreciated whenever we come in. It is quickly becoming our regular place, and I look forward to each meal here. Once things warm up, I'm really looking forward to the outdoor patio and bar. For a really nice, full-service place like this, with food of this quality, the prices really are a bargain for what you're getting. I'd eat here every night if I could!”
