I was so intimidated at first, but the coaches really eased my fears with the care they show to ensure proper form & continue to encourage me to push harder. I love how everyone cheers each other on to finish the workout strong. I’m getting stronger! If you’re thinking about giving CrossFit a try, Sin City is the place!
