The customer service here is top notch. We have bought 5 engines and miscellaneous smaller parts over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the items. They have even gone so far as to re order an engine that didn't meet their requirements to resell without us even having to get involved. Most parts places you will have to take the bad engine then show what is wrong before they will order you a new one. Not B&R, they saw the problem and reordered before we even saw it. It took a few extra weeks, but we didn't have to put a bad engine in and then figure out it was a bad engine and then take it out and THEN take it back for a reorder. Just truly top notch service here.

Quick, easy and professional business model... The neighborhood is a touch sketchy, but this property was well run and felt safe. I bought a rear hatch for my Jeep Cherokee and received exactly what I was sold from the Portland location. I highly recommend and will use this business again as reliable and honest...!
