The owners, David and Tanya, are beyond suppportive! The other gym members are kind and supportive. Everyone is there to be a better version of themselves and to cheer on other members as they work towards their personal goals. After years and years of trying other gyms, I have finally found my tribe. This is the place to be!”

“Short version: This is a supportive, knowledgeable gym with a family like setting. They have a clean facility and wonderful equipment! There's a boxing ring, bags, and other boxing training equipment. It is worth every penny. Long Version (and personal experience): I started going to this gym in March of 2018. I didn't expect much of it except a bunch of "manly men" going to the "Big Scary Gym". but what I found was quite the opposite. I was immediately treated like a friend, and given a workout routine. They showed me the ropes for the exercise movements, and talked a bit about my diet. My results have been amazing since. They would be better if I weren't injured for 6 months in between these photos, but none the less, I'm happy. This gym and the various people in it have taught me a lot about my diet, workouts, boxing, and everything in between. I'm consistently going to Nate's class for weight lifting, and I have no complaints whatsoever for this gym. If you're looking for a place to get ripped or learn how to really box, this is it. This facility and everyone in it has earned my respect, it's definitely worth it.”
