The Roost Bed and Breakfast

We were coming into town for a wedding, and we are so lucky the Roost is here! My boyfriend and I travel quite a bit, and before we even left my boyfriend said we have to write them the best review because I think it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed! The house and rooms are beautiful. The hosts are wonderful. The breakfast is some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. If you’re driving across the country and need a nice place to rest or live nearby and just want a nice night or two to get away, I would highly recommend staying here!

The Roost was the perfect Bed & Breakfast with every detail and need attended to. Not only is this home adorned with warm inviting accents but it’s owners and our hosts mirrored that sentiment perfectly. The B&B had beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and spa tubs. A wrap around porch with cozy blankets offered a perfect place for your morning coffee. The back porch is home to a large hot tub/spa pool and fire pit for evening enjoyment. The food was delicious! Our girls trip was just iced so perfectly by this amazing place and we cannot wait to come back! You SHOULD stay here! What a gem ❤️

What a great find for a lovely stay on our trip across the country! A welcome break from generic hotels was provided by our fantastic hosts. The house is charming, full of antiques, the bed super comfy, and the practically made-to-order breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Ashland is a really cute town with lots of shops and lovely, treed neighborhoods.

Even though it was a B&B we had a home cooked dinner too. She is a 5star restaurant quality chef and Frank a wonderful partner

This place is so amazing! My husband and I went there for a quick one night getaway from our home/office and we couldn’t have been happier.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Frank who gave us a tour of the home. The house is incredible! They’ve done a lot of the work themselves and they did a stellar job. Each room with has a large tub or a jacuzzi tub which was soooo relaxing. You can tell they really took the time to make it special and feel like a home.

Mary Beth and Frank are extremely nice, hospitable people. We had forgotten our swim gear and they graciously provided us with some of their own.

Mary Beth is also an outstanding cook! Our breakfast was delicious and she even picked up (without asking) that my husband is a chocolate milk fan and had some waiting for us when we came down.

If you’re looking for a weekend getaway or are staying in Omaha and Lincoln (or any of the surrounding areas) I would highly recommend checking them out!!!
