I reserved a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat with the Tremor package for my wife in mid August with Tanner. I had another exact build on reserve at another Ford dealership. I told each place the first one to arrive wins. Baxter’s Ranger had a delivery date of one week after the other dealer. Tanner kept me posted on the status several times. He notified me the second it was in transit and again when it arrived and was still on the truck. Baxter’s Ranger arrived first. Tanner got the deal. He made the purchase process stress free. “I went to Baxter CDJR- Papillion last weekend and had the best experience ever in my life buying a car. Omar came out to greet me and I told him what I wanted, which was a white 2018 Jeep Cherokee. He was able to let me see it, but it needed a new battery! So he was able to get that changed and I was able to test drive the same car just a different color! Once we got all the financing done I drove away in my new car! Omar was super nice and helpful, he didn't push me, which is something that I get worried about going into a dealership. He was super respectful and helpful in getting the price to where I needed it to be! I will definitely be going back to Omar the next time I need a car and will be referring everyone I know to him!
