smaller than average barbell selection. lots of running machines. seperate female area. movie room? i have yet to try.

I've been a member at this gym for multiple years and have always appreciated it. The staff are attentive and friendly and ready to help out or answer questions when needed. Facility has always been clean as well. Switching locations only due to a job change and the manager I spoke with was very nice and explained how I can easily move my membership to another location vs having to cancel and re-enroll elsewhere. Another employee did previously tell me I'd have to come in, cancel, and enroll elsewhere, but the manager corrected this information and apologized. Sad to be leaving and hope the other location is just as wonderful!

I love it here. The staff are the best. They encourage me but don't tear me down. They listen to my wants and needs and listen to me when I know I hurt. They don't try and over push or over sale. They are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition.

As a newly enlisted soldier this gym has Helped me and my peers. Great attitude Great people Great equipment. Enjoyed the workouts they had for us and enjoyed the people.
