Fontenelle Forest

This place is truly heaven on earth! So much beauty! And the staff is all so knowledgeable and kind! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!
Such a gem of a find!

Fontenelle is such a perfect place to escape. Watching my daughter explore, hike trails, play in nature, learn to do the ropes course, see the raptors up close, it's all a win- win. We get fresh air and exercise.
Even if every parking spot is full, the park is large enough you don't feel crowded. There are a few dirt(and rock) trails I'm able to take the stroller, otherwise the boardwalk through the forest is perfect for both my 1yo and 5yo.
Also, absolutely cannot beat $70 for a family membership! We've already gone 3 times in 2 weeks! Pays for itself! The employees are all super helpful and kind as well.
If you've never been, it's time for you to go! Even without kids, you can do the adult rope course, or just go explore. You'll be glad you did!

Tree Rish Adventure Omaha is awesome! So great for the kids to get exercise and fresh air and have freedom to run around. Super fun, super safe. We will go back. Can't wait to see it with the lights!

Fontenelle is a break from reality. It was nice walking around with my family in early Spring. We enjoyed our visit and hike and plan on returning in the fall when the leaves change colors. I was raised in Nebraska and can remember vaguely coming to this place when I was a child. It was nice to bring my 3 year old son for the 1st time.

Great day to get out! Lots of friendly people and very courteous. Love anytime I can explain nature to my grandboys! It's always fun showing them things I taught there momma was she was their age in the same beautiful forest. Still worth the time and the hike for over 30 years!
