“I always have a good experience getting my oil changed to Gene Steffey Ford quick lane. They always wash it when they finish which is a nice little bonus. Unfortunately this time when I came in and asked for an oil change I just assumed they go off what I got last time I was in but instead they gave me the works oil change which was not needed and it cost me $17 more than usual. Wasn't happy about that they should ask me when I got there which oil change I wanted instead of giving me the top of the line.”

“Took my 2006 Peterbilt 379 to them because i thought the power divider rear end had an excessive amount of input and output bearing play. I asked them to tighten the endplay, and also replace my driveshaft carrier bearing. The mechanic Eddie called me, and explained that in his opinion, the power divider bearings were well within specifications, and he would not recommend doing anything at this time. They replaced my carrier bearing and it was done the same day. This was my first time going there. I did not know them and they did not know me. They could have easily sold me a bearing job and rebuilt the rear end, but they did what was necessary and completed the job that day. VERY PROFESSIONAL..!! I definitely will be going back.
