“Great workout, Yoga, Pilates, core, Hoping they add a Tai Chi video in there program.. and more than one shower. I don't know how people drive home without. The thing that makes this gym work for me is the station setup that isn't within a hot box. It's a legit band ,pull up ,dumb bell, dip, etc. arm free weights station that will cover a moderate to heavy weight gym session when one is needed. Very helpful management and staff. responded to questions or issues promptly and professionally.”
