(April 9, 2020, 5:14 pm)Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone has been wonderful. I've had to have a wound vac replaced several times a week and each time they have been caring and gentle. Terri, Sydney, and Erica are really professional and extremely caring. I'm always happy to see them. Talking to the main office has always been professional and helpful with any questions I've had even with a change in care.I won't need their help for too long-term I really appreciate the experience I've had. I'm grateful to have this wonderful company look after my care.
