Always clean and well maintained. Has a variety of machines and weight equipment for different types of exercise. The pool is kept at a warm temp, which is good for young kids. Offers exercise classes for all levels. The Zumba class is really fun!

I don’t know how I was unaware of this very nice local gym for so long, My coworker showed me the gym here and I visited for the first time today. The lady at the counter gave me the day pass for free and 2 extras and that was a great way to make money because the kindness and basically free trial is what made me decide to commit to a membership. I’m also getting my fiancé a membership too. Super nice, lots of equipment, nice locker rooms and variety of workout machines provided.

Had to go in to the E.R. on Monday 1/2/23 for a rash issue. Was there for around an hour. Today 1/3/23 I went to the Clinic to have the rash checked, it took 20 minutes or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Resolving my issue in short visits was very much appreciated. Thanks for Jefferson Community Health and Life and their friendly staff and promptly resolving my issue.

I am bias my wife manages it but it's nice they have a little of all the stuff you use and extras. Pool weights classes (young to elderly ) even pool aerobic and all kinda cardio equipment .
