“Great Experience and Laid Back Atmosphere. The guys at the Studio, Tim Zick the Engineer, Nills the owner, and Tyler who takes care of their online posts and information were very down to earth and easy to work with. If you need a place to record something whether it be Simple or Complex I would highly recommend spending your time and money with these Highly Skilled, and very knowledgeable individuals. We will definitely be using these guys in the very near future for some more projects.”

“Amazing museum and experience!! It is $20 for basic admission and you get a flashlight to go through the museum, as the lights are dimmed. You can also rent different equipment if you want more of an investigative experience. Lots of different artifacts and oddities all with a story attached. The realm downstairs in the basement is very intense. Towards the cauldron I felt super nauseous and got a headache. Then my flashlight went out. The workers happily switched me out a new one and informed me that’s not unusual and spirits do like to pull energy from them. So if you are sensitive just be aware! There’s a lot of energy in this building. A lot of the negative comments I’ve seen seem to not understand that first and foremost this is a museum. There are no paid actors, nothing is going to pop out at you. Simply just enjoy it for what it is and if anything unexplainable happens, you know it’s for real. Also the staff is super sweet and answered all my annoying questions!!! So thank you! Will definitely be returning for a ghost hunt soon!”

General Crook House Museum

Address: 5730 N 30th St, Omaha, NE 68111, USA

“This is a lovely, well- maintained historical home, always beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Staff and volunteers are so welcoming, polite, and helpful. The reception room is one of our favorites; it includes a small Steinway piano and a Regina music box that plays songs using large metal disks. The sound is extraordinary! My 85 year old mother got an unplanned workout going up the many steps to the front door, because I hadn't even thought to ask if there was a handicapped entrance - which there is around back, thank goodness! (We'll be sure to go that way on our next visit.) There is also a small elevator inside if you are unable to walk up or down the impressive staircase. The Crook House is very much worth a few hours of your time, and you can see something new on each visit.”

“An information center and historical site for anyone to enjoy. See and learn about the great struggles of those that risked and gave their lives to reach their chosen land. Very interesting and informative. There are a number of events scheduled here through the year. The gingerbread cookie contest is my favorite. Am I Mormon? Nope! Just enjoying a bit of historical Omaha. You should too.”
