“So it's only getting for stars because i personally, don't like trailer home communities, however for being what it is, it's a very well taken care of mobile home community of mostly elderly and retired individuals. Every resident must maintain their trailer/lot and adhere to certain codes certain codes, rules, and regulations. Thus the end result is a community of nice, neat, and well kept homes. If you're planning on retiring this place may be worth a look for you.”

“This is an older building in a busy part of town, close to many restaurants and parks. The elevators are small, but functional. Checking in was fine, the clerk was very accommodating and gave us a nice corner room. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and we both got a great night sleep. The room was superficially clean but if you looked closely in the corners , it could have been cleaner. The shower was strong and hot, but lots of chips in the paint in the tub. Breakfast was standard Choice fare, but they had a circular counter for the hot food which was appreciated as it kept people from blocking the waffle makers. There were 3 breakfast attendants who were working very hard to keep things full.I recommend this as a nice hotel. I read the other reviews and we did not notice any bad smells. When reading the other reviews you need to remember this is a budget hotel, not a 4 Seasons, and I think it was a great option.”

“Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the front desk personnel are personable. I want to thank Victoria and Travis for their help and kudos to Travis for his leadership.”

“I'm going to be honest. On a true scale of 5 stars this is an amazing 3 stars. Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice lobby. Halls really need a facelift as they do still smell smoky but all in all its a great clean room, they are pet friendly and the price is fantastic. Products offered (or shampoo) are pretty basic but decent amenities otherwise.”
