Had a wonderful experience today. Amy was educated, compassionate, and professional. The workshop for myofascial release was exactly what I needed. I would recommend for all, but if you suffer from chronic pain with no “identifiable cause” like myself, this may offer some relief!

I had SUCH a fantastic experience here! Amy packed a lot of critical education into our sessions. I went home with a renewed sense of ownership over my health and knowing where to focus my attention (posture!) Plus, she was joyful and welcoming even when I asked her to adapt some of her standard modes of operating because of my anxiety. Lovely human being. I'm convinced every office worker should see her for a consult, even if you aren't feeling pain. If you're at all curious, try it! I guarantee what you learn in the first session alone will make it worth your energy.
