“I purchased a range from Zach, the manager at this location back in December 2018. Zach went out of his way to make the purchase process fantastic. I had to open up a service request last week on the range. I went into the store and Zach once again took very good care of me. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Zach took care of the service request even though it was out of his service area. I greatly appreciate everything Zach did for me. I will continue to purchase from this Sears location in the future.
