He seems to be an expert with the anesthetic because I cant feel it when he drills on me like other dentists who aren't as thorough with the shots. It is your responsibility to verify what is and isn't covered by your insurance. If you fail to do this, the surprise is on you. It is standard policy to expect payment at the time of service unless you have made prior arrangements. Dr. St. John is very thorough and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.😀”
