“My son has been working out with Coach Green from the Grind Hard Foundation for several months and he absolutely loves it. He didn’t get to participate in any year last year due to COVID and Coach Green has been a great transition back into the sports world. My son currently participates in a group workout but he is never treated as such. Coach Green makes sense to take the time out with each boy to work with them on correct technique and form. Last week, the group started lifting weights and Coach Green made sure that each individual knew actually what to do and how to do it. I would definitely recommend all parent with a youth player (no matter the sport) to take their athlete to Coach Green for sports performance.”

“As a yoga practitioner of over 20 years, I would like to say that Maureen's current online yoga practice is spot on, it's always gentle but then she injects just a few poses that give you that light, aah feeling that is why I do Yoga. Maureen has a wealth of knowledge about a wide array of healing modalities, she's honest , hard working, strong and fantastic at what she does. My first Thai Yoga Therapy experience with Maureen was about 5 years ago in which I pretty much floated out of the the session with a huge smile on my face. If you have the time and money, I recommend the Thai Yoga 7 day protocol. She is my go to person for any type of massage therapy. I'm a soon to be 63 yr old women and she has helped me regain mobility many times so that I can continue to BE ACTIVE!”

“This place is wonderful and the owner is super friendly and welcoming. My husband and I were looking at homes in the area and she sat with for a while to give us some insider knowledge.The food just topped off the experience. Everything is made from scratch so plan to spend some time just relaxing and shooting the breeze with the other patrons while she cooks up your order. The homemade Clam Chowder was soul warming. The iced tea was good and strong without being bitter. Portions are hearty and you definitely get your money's worth. My husband ordered the Prime Rib dip with horseradish, and it was the most explosive savory experience he's had in a long time. All of the veggies were fresh, the cheese and abundant and the rolls crust was well crisped. I had the Grinder and it awesome. Chicken bacon, cheese. And tangy Ceasar dressing. It came fresh out of the oven and my only complaint was that I ate too much Clam Chowder to get through even half the sandwich. We highly recommend this place and hope to be able to return after we make our move to WA.”
