And Bob the Sr Sales Concultant, was so nice and profssional, always got back with me in a timely matter and was very helpful with helping me make decisions on stuff I did not understand. We had one or two minor things I wanted fixed in the end and they were out and got that done quickly as well. Overall they were a great company to deal with and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job before making any kind of payment. Bob and Scott are super nice guys! “We will never go anywhere else for our tailoring and alteration needs after our experience with Noor! I had a bridesmaid dress for a wedding next weekend that was made to order based on an online measurements chart. When the dress arrived, it was at least two sizes smaller than anticipated. There was at least 4 inches that needed to be added for the dress to zip. We had gone to several nearby tailors, all telling us that altering the zipper/back of the dress was far too complex and would take months to complete. Just as I was about to give up, I decided to call one last place—Expert Alterations and Tuxedos. Noor told me over the phone to come in right away and he would see whether or not he could help. As soon as I tried the dress on, Noor was immediately brainstorming various ways to help and told me it would be ready to try on within 1 week! When I returned a week later, the dress zipped! Because the dress had two linings that were very closely matched to the color of the dress, Noor had taken fabric from one of the linings to add side panels and raised the waist line to cover the stitching, letting out the dress and hemming it at the same time. Could not recommend this business enough.”
