We walked in and met with Mike and he was so helpful! We weren’t really sure what we wanted. He pointed out the different variations and I said I wanted something simple. Instead of trying to upsell me something I didn’t want, he listened and showed up different examples and explained what types of settings would work with the stones we had and what wouldn’t. He helped us sell any unused metal and reuse all the stones. He was amazing! And we got exactly what we wanted with such good rates. The jeweler was so easy to work with!”

When I told them what we wanted they immediately took care of us explain the process n the different earrings. She took her time with him, made sure I understood what she was doing. Made sure I understood the contract. Measure his earring right before she pierced it. Afterwards she made sure i liked it. And she even suggested I video tape it. Great job ladies.”
