They know that a couple of years back, COVID hit St. Louis and while the management might not be as professional as it should, does not mean people can stoop to their level. Many gyms are short on staff just like everybody else. People need to stop and think that what if the owner may have lost a friend or two due to the virus.”

“My Mom has been a resident here for quite some time, after multiple hospitalizations/rehab/skilled care. The last time she entered Delmar Gardens Meramec Valley from the hospital (a bit over a year ago), she was on hospice. We have experience excelelnt care at all levels with this facility. The staff that takes care of, and interacts with Mom is always pleasant, helpful, and competent. When we visit, we feel the caring culture that exists, and this has been over a long period of time. Mom has done so well here that she has been taken off hospice! We feel this is in large part attributed to the care she has received here. She really enjoys the food, so her nutritional needs are met. Her room is very clean and comfortable, which matters. Medically, she is well taken care of and the staff has been really good at caring for her unique needs, and we have seen a tremendous reduction in the incidence of her recurring infections that she has suffered over many years. What used to happen every month or two in the past, now only happens once a year (maybe). This is a evidence of excellent care. Also, the care teams from Mercy that visit her there are excellent (Dr. Whitenhauer and team), and Mom also has dental insurance through Apex which comes onsite to take care of her dental needs, they have been wonderful as well. So, the staff at the facility, plus all the arrangements they have with other key medical teams results in an overall quality of care that honestly couldn't be better for our Mom. We are really grateful, to say the least. I will edit as Mom remembers more names, but the caregivers that stand out to her have been Kim, Dee, Maura, Celeste and Taylor. Again, we know there are many other missing, and I will try to update when Mom mentions them.”

“By far, the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. The staff/doctor was so accommodating, and made me feel super welcome and comfortable. At one point during my visit I told them I felt like I was at a spa! They treat their patients so well and give you their undivided attention. I was dreading this visit, but it was actually enjoyable! Dr. Schlaikjer was very informative and took his time, he was funny (as well as the staff), and I know I can trust him, which can be hard to find when it comes to healthcare. They truly, truly care about their patients, and I will definitely be back.”

“Women's Fitness is a great gym! It was very welcoming when I started there 4 years ago. The workouts are wonderful and varied. Even when I suffered an injury Christine taylor made several workouts for me. She even worked with my physical therapist so she would know which movements I should avoid. I have Christine as well as my Physical Therapist to thank for helping me avoid back surgery! Christine is a great cheerleader and the women there are very supportive as well. Thanks WF!”

“I was very well taken care of by Dr. Randolf. The diagnosis and therapy were very good. I was not getting better. So he ordered an mri. And gave me a new diagnosis. He referred me to an ablasion specialist. During the wait I got better and was not able to recieve treatment because my pain was too low. I tried to go back to see Dr. Randolph but he was not in the office or available for appointments. I still haven't heard from him.”

In my opinion what they have learned about goal-setting, hard work, strength and conditioning training, and nutrition from Leo is as important (or more!) as anything they have learned in school—it will stay with them forever. They are stronger, faster, healthier and more confident—on the field or court and in their daily lives. His facility and equipment are fantastic. What I have always appreciated most about Leo is that he genuinely cares about and takes a personal interest in the happiness and success of each client. He won’t coddle anyone (developing their mental strength is one of his goals) but he will tailor his approach and expectations to fit each individual. Leo expects a lot from his clients but even more from himself. Put in the effort and he will go “all in” for you—and you’ll see the results.”

He is absolutely amazing in every aspect of his work; a very knowledgeable physician who truly cares about his patients. I wasn't seeing him for weight loss, but when I started to gain weight he noticed and addressed the problem. I listened to and did everything Dr. Windsor told me to do and was therefore very successful in my treatment with him. Even now, 11 years later, I tell people "If Dr. Windsor told me to jump off a bridge, I would jump off a bridge." Of course he would never tell anyone to do that, but that's how much I trust him.
