“I can not express how grateful my family is for this professional and reliable auto glass shop. We hit a deer through the night north of St. Louis and we're forced to stay at a hotel as our windshield was in bad condition. We contacted 7 Star Auto Glass and they got us in immediately the next day. At first the cash app pay request put us off, but they had requested a down-payment of $200 via Venmo to order the glass we needed. We had no problem with the cash app and when we arrived at the shop they were waiting and ready for us. We waited in the waiting room and our son watched from the window as the gentlemen replaced our broken windshield in about 35 minutes. While we sat there waiting, another lady had her driver's window replaced before she could even pay for it. The gentlemen at 7 Star Auto Glass know exactly what they are doing. I would trust them again with our vehicle. And will recommend them to all.”

“You guys are amazing!! I hit a curb last night and got a flat. I tried calling other stores in town and every place said they would have to order my tire. I called bargain tires and they said they had options for me new and used in stock. I pulled up and immediately the men working asked me how they could help. I decided on the used tire with the help of the employees since my other tires are a couple years old. They took my flat out of the trunk and within maybe 10 minutes or less I was done. It was $80 all said and done with taxes and fees and they were so helpful and nice! The tire is even the same exact tire brand and type as I have on my other wheels. Thanks again everyone!”

They were able to prioritize us for an initial assessment within two hours and Eric started working on it that afternoon. “I've had this shop work on a number of vehicles, and have always been satisfied with the results. They are honest and fair in their pricing and the scope of work required. I have not had any issues with the repairs they have done (alignment, brakes, catalytic converter replacement, sway bars, tie rod ends). The only complaint I can make is that they can be a little bit lax in the communication department, but they are busy and have a pretty small crew. So if they said your car would be ready and haven't called, it's a good idea to just call and ask, because it may be ready.”

“Couldn’t wait to write a review omg!! So i had my whole complete exhaust system stolen by some junkies im assuming, I originally thought it was my converters stolen but took it here and jim discovered it was my whole exhaust system! (They stole my license plates too by the way.. both of them.) Crazy!! When i first brought it in Jim gave me a estimate but said he is going on vacation and I was trying to get my car repaired asap. But all the other car shops were trying to lowball me and overcharge, which jim told me they would do. One shop EVERYONE told me to go to called Don’s muffler, tried to over charge me too! And she’s a woman! So i ended up waiting for Jim to come back from vacation, (worth the wait for sure)! I even brought my own parts which DID NOT FIT! I was so over it by this point! But he ended up finding the right parts and fixed my car for an even lower price than he offered before! So this is my go-to automotive shop from now ON! He had the car done in a hr and told me its not as quiet as it used to be but quieter than it was. I started the car and it WAS quiet like it used to be if not quieter, and runs so much better! Quality work, Jim is a very experienced mechanic and a life saver! They open on time and all the mechanics are hard at work! i am so thankful and relieved to have found this shop🥰🥰”

“My wife and I were in St Louis to visit our grandson and Washington University. We had just arrived with a non functioning passenger side windshield wiper. It was Friday at 4PM when I pulled into the service bay. I spoke to Scott in service who immediately came out to the car and confirmed the wiper was not working. He took the car into service and within 20 minutes had the blade working again. Apparently a screw had come loose. Not only was the service fast, he refused to have me pay anything for the service.
