I lived here for a year. I had a great experience. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and is a good place to run or walk your dog. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants and Forest Park. Easy access to 64/40. The property manager here is very nice and things get fixed quickly. Reasonable rent for the area. Units are spacious and kitchens are updated.
This is my first time using VRBO it was wonderful stress-free close to everything in walking distance
