When I arrived they said my pizza hasn't even been started yet, despite the app saying it would be ready as I stated. Apparently there was an order for like 100 pizzas in front of me. “Bilateral stage 4 knee OA. already discussed TKR w/ multiple surgeons. As a last ditch, grasping effort, I decided to search for a Chinese Medicine dr. Acupuncture and the whole bit. Somehow I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Farotto. I’ve had stem cell/bone marrow/PRP injections, $800 donjoy offloading knee braces, $1,000 syncisc-1 hylauronic acid ultrasound guided injections, multiple rounds of PT w/ different clinics, some famous PTs that work on professional STL athletes, did the exercises religiously.. and those things helped a little, none of that really helped enough for the pain to stop impacting my life. This guy watches me walk and says “oh yeah… here, put this in your shoe, stuck some pins in my knees, cracked my back, told me a few key vitamins and a handful of easy, slightly strange exercises and stretches unlike no PT has ever assigned. W/ in 1 month I was 50% better coming 1x per week. I kept getting better so we push it back to every other week, then every other month, now maybe 6-9 months later, it’s been months since I’ve felt that constant grinding, stabbing pain. I’ve even gotten lazy and all but dropped off the working out and packed on a few lbs, my knees Should be killing me, but they are not. I work in a factory on concrete, and thanks to Dr. Ron, it’s not a problem anymore. I’m getting back on the wagon, I don’t want to back slide. Don’t be like me and go as a last resort! Save your self money (this guy doesn’t care abt your money. You’ll understand when you see his office.) save yourself yrs of pain! Go see this guy first.”

The friendliest, most down-to-earth yet diverse folks you could hope to find, warm and winning pastor. Everyone is truly welcome. Engaging worship services that keep you involved. No long boring sermons here - Rebecca lays out a spiritual banquet for us in 10 or 12 minutes! Many opportunities for fellowship, growth, and service to the community beyond the Sunday service and outside the church walls. We knew we were "home" the very first time we walked in the door. Felt no need to visit around after we discovered St Paul's.”
