“A word that I’d use to describe the service from this auto body, would not be enough. However they made me felt at home, they went beyond the service, made me feel safe and sound when paperwork related to the insurance, they talked to me in my language so they made me understand all the process I was going through. As soon they attended me on the phone they gave me that security I needed and they guided me throughout the difficult process. Besides the fixed my car on record time, they went beyond and they did even more work and more reparations that my car needed, asking me for my permission previously, and then they did not charge me for the extra work. I suggest everyone to bring their cars here to be fixed without a doubt.”

“They fixed my muffler but they charged me $40 more than they said it would cost. I somewhat understand that bids aren't set in stone, but they didn't even mention the price difference. I guess I should have been paying more attention when checking out, because I didn't notice until I got my bank statement. Besides that they did a great job and are super nice. UPDATED: After having a nice conversation with the owner, I realize that the $40 difference is from shop cost and taxes. However the owner still said I could come pick up the $40 because he didn't want an unhappy customer!! I told him that is very nice of him but that I understand the difference now and that won't be necessary. Then he said that the next time I need an oil change to come on in and they will do it for free! Very nice and a great business man!! Also, after 3 weeks of having my muffler fixed it still sounds and runs great!! I'm all around happy with their service and would suggest to anyone who needs car care!”

“Excellent service, highly recommend. Rick was able to diagnose the issue with my car when 2 different Nissan dealerships either could not or were too lazy to. Rick did me a huge favor and called the Nissan dealer and told them how to diagnose their own vehicle. Nissan eventually covered it under warranty but I will use Rick exclusively once the warranty runs out. It's refreshing to know that there are still consummate professionals out there that care about their customers.”
