(September 5, 2023, 8:40 am)Great state park close to St Louis. Very clean. 3 or 4 playgrounds for kids. Very clean restrooms. Clean free showers. The BIG river is within the park. Easy to swim in . Nice and shady.

(April 10, 2023, 6:40 pm)This was our second time camping here. We enjoyed our time there. The people who camp here are very nice the camp hosts were kind. The campgrounds are always so clean when we get there. There wasn't a lot of people in the area we were in so it was nice a quiet. The camping spot we were at was spacious and the bathroom was close. We really enjoy our time at St. Francois.
(June 16, 2022, 10:19 am)Wonderful camp ground! Awesome hot showers with lots of water!! The smaller loop W/o electric quiet, lots of shade. Great birding!
