“I live out of state and used Dr Jael Lanham for a pre purchase. I was nervous as I've never used them before and I needed a fine tooth comb exam due to being a sight unseen purchase. That's exactly what I got, a fine tooth exam with a vet who was confident in what she found. I use a very well know, highly sought after vet in my home state which makes comparing vets hard, but no issues here. I would not be afraid to use Dr Jael if I needed to again. She was that thorough and knew what she was looking at.”

“Truly the BEST veterinary hospital! We’ve had our rescue bully for 5 years and have lived in 3 different cities so he’s been to several different vet clinics. Other places were nice but Crossroads is special. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Dr Jamie is kind, knowledgeable and a great listener. Every staff member we’ve encountered is welcoming, helpful and professional. Our bully gets really anxious and they’ve all been so patient and sweet to him and go out of their way to help him feel comfortable every visit. My husband and I and Sweet Pea went in and met with Dr. BIRKS for a consultation and we were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and his compassion with our beloved Pea. The staff kept us informed with his treatment the day of surgery and follow up calls post surgery which meant a lot to me. “The best vet out there! Pet Pals saved my dog's life. After spending thousands and thousands on treatments, other vets essentially told us that there was nothing left to do besides euthanizing her. Dr. Jerry didn't give up on her though. We tried out all sorts of prescription foods and medicine combinations. After a ton of trial and error, we finally have gotten her condition under control and she is living her happiest life possible. A year later and she is doing great! We owe the life of our dog to Dr. Jerry and everyone at Pet Pals. “Was very unhappy with McCauley animal clinic after years and thousands of dollars for our 2 dogs. They couldn't bother with us when our old dog was dying. A friend recommended Harvester. Dr. Schwartz is a fantastic, wonderful, caring and thorough doctor and was very happy with care of our surviving lab mix. Our new rescue dog that just had 11 puppies came down with an ear infection. They answered their phone at 5:30 pm and squeezed us in the next day. The staff is all friendly and caring. Dr. Schwartz gave our new dog a thorough exam, didn't rush, took care of her ear, carefully explained to us possible cause and care plan for us. And, no gouging, very fair pricing. Highly recommend this clinic!!!”

“Recently boarded my Morkie at Vet Stop for a week. Very affordable. And I definitely would use them again. I love that it is a smaller boarding facility, with more hands on. It felt so comforting to receive text messages daily at my request, for addnl amount. They let me know about his behavior and all that good stuff. The staff is 100% professional. It is very clean and orderly. I may even take my dog back a couple times a month for day camp. What a wonderful feeling to know my furbaby was loved and cared for when I was hundreds of miles away.”

Every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the vet (Katy) took great care of him and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
