The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. “I loved living here, the apartments are super nice. Maintenance and management were always on top of everything. The pool is beautiful, easy system to pick up packages outside of office hours, 24 hour gym. The hard wood floors are so pretty! Washer and dryer in unit. HUGE bathroom and walk in closets. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.”
