“Great place to store your RV or boat! My husband and I just purchased our first 24ft travel trailer and were able to reserve a spot online - quick, easy and efficient. When it was time to pick up our newly purchased travel trailer from the dealer to transport to storage it took longer than expected so it fell after normal business hours for the storage facility. I realized I didn't have my access code to get into the facility and Rebecca ran back up to the storage facility to ensure we could get in when we arrived. I don't know about others, but for us - that type of customer care is non-existent in most cases! I was impressed and greatly appreciated it as I didn't want to have our brand new travel trailer parked just out on the street in our neighborhood overnight. When we arrived (late evening) I was surprised by the size of the lot and that it was all nicely paved. I highly recommend!!! SLM will forever have our business!”

I had a ton of dents on the front bumper and a large dent on the driver side door on the crease, plus a passenger side side skirt that was damaged big time. Made it look as if it NEVER HAPPENED! “My mom has been on Heartland Hospice for three years now. All the staff has been amazing! They always go above and beyond for me. If I need them for anything they will come out at any time. If I'm low on medication her nurse will order it before she leaves my house. My mom also has an aid. Her aid always goes above and beyond. She will take the time to paint my mom's nails or French braid her hair. She made her a beautiful embroidered rice bag I can heat in the microwave. The staff knew I was nervous about putting my mom in a nursing home during our vacation. Her nurse and social worker were at the home waiting for me. They made sure check in went smoothly. Then stayed after I had to leave to sit with her and feed her lunch. They also contacted me while on vacation to give me updated. They really put my mind at ease. I don't know what I would do with out Heartland.”

“This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.”

“Went there today for the first time with a friend. Our waitress was great and recommended the Chicken Parmesan. It was huge and so delicious. My friend got an open faced beef and gravy. It looked amazing and I will definitely try that next time. I will definitely be coming back with my family to try out breakfast as well.
