Staphanie is one of the kindest and best coaches I have worked out with at Orange theory thus far, but honestly you cant go wrong with any coach or class. When you go check it out to make a purchase you can get a small taste to see if it's the one you want first. I use the habenero olive oil in my salads to give it a little kick. Current crush dates too on the oils.”
