But the new postmaster in Higginsville came to my rescue and saved the day. Chuck thank you so much for sending the emails and getting my package to where it needs to be. Also to the young lady in the customer service call center that finally put in a investigation to get the call from Chuck. I was at such a high frustration level by the time I had spoke to both of them. I appreciate them listening and making some movement happen.
