“I called three other shops in town and only one picked their phone up. The one that did answer just treated me like another burden on their long day of work. I got a hold of dale and I could instantly tell he was different. He dropped everything he was doing and had me drive around the block with him so he could try to see what was wrong with my car. Dale and his mechanic instantly started working on it and got it finished in atleast half the time and we’re tryly fair. I feel good knowing that if I ever have something wrong with my car in Lexington again, I not only have someone that will answer the phone, but I have a true friend that will go above and beyond.
