I actually opened the central bank account because when I lived out in Higginsville there was not a Bank of America within 40 miles so anytime I need an ATM I had to pay the ATM fee plus Bank of America's being for using a foreign ATM. Needless to say it made me feel a whole lot better sign up with Central Bank because they informed me that if I use a foreign ATM to bring them the receipt and they reimbursed for the fee.”
