“Great campground we found in a pinch while on the road home to Philly. Was going to book their pet friendly cabin called “the box,” but it was already booked so we just tented. The tenting area is located by a pond. The sounds of the frogs at night was lovely. Would definitely recommend.”

“We visited for a camping trip in November, so we were there in the off season. The back half of the campground was closed (I’m assuming for the off-season) so we picked a spot closer to the main gate. It’s a beautiful, well-maintained, quiet campground. We also enjoyed hiking several of the trails in the park, which are either within walking distance or a short drive. Watch out for raccoons! They’re very curious and not very timid.”

“Deleta is an outstanding host, gracious and so hospitable during entire stay. She was there when we needed her and cooked an amazing breakfast. Her home is close enough to town but has a very secluded feel- we were able to watch deer every morning. Highly recommend anyone staying in the area to choose staying at Cena’s Nook over a hotel!”

“It is a really nice place to stay. It's in the oak trees and other nice trees. It could be a five star with some work. It looks like it use to be. I love the lake and the lake front camping spots. The bathrooms are some what old, but good enough for us. Along with the showers. There is some nicer shower's at the top of the hill, it's below the owner's house. They are very nice people. I will be back, it's like going to table Rock lake. It's three hours closer and not as many people.”

“Beautiful. Loveeeeeed it. I stayed here with a wedding party of around 12 and there was so much space for everyone. 4 full bathrooms. Sleeps 10-12 comfortably, maybe even more. Very rustic, but there are REAL buffalo on the property. Lots of good walking trails. Beautiful area out in the boonies. I really enjoyed my stay.”
