Bed was so comfy we didn't move once our heads touched the ever so perfect pillows.we arrived super late and they allowed us to stay an hour over original check out time. Your honest and up front with them.. super great and easy to work with I never had a problem here yet! I love it here! “I went for a job interview and noticed that the grounds were neatly kempt, as was the lobby. The staff were and have been helpful and efficient and warm. I would suggest staying here as the accommodations are good(breakfast served and wifi was to my liking) the service was good, the location was good(comfortably tucked-off but relevant) and the place is clearly well maintained.”

“I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I love this park with these new owners and managers. Not only are they renovating the park so it looks almost brand new. But the managers are also so kind, so quick to respond and will seriously do anything they can to help. This park is mostly older folk and lots of families so it's nice and quiet. I recommend so many of my friends and family members here because of it!”

“The place is getting better with the new company that bought it last December. The are putting new rules and bringing new homes. They are renting and selling used and new places. My experience was good for 6 years that I stayed there. The schools district fox is good . Pets are allow all the homes got parking for two cars or more. You are in one of the greatest location Fenton MO just a mile from walmart and the bluffs plaza . There is tenants with their own starting business such are mechanical work, welders, lawn care. You have lots of choices to rent, buy or bring your own mobile home.”

“I only did four stars because well it is a trailer park but This park is 100 times better than what it used to be 3+ years ago. And the landlord is a really good person but he likes people to be on time with rent/ pad rent. And if ur not then yes he will hit u with the late fees. If ur never late and u communicate that u will be late, Sometimes he will overlook the late fee one time but don't rely on that. He also doesn't like people's yards to be cluttered. He likes things to be organized. He has done alot of good for this park and a couple other mobile home parks. He has cleaned them up, fixed water/well problems, fixed the roads, bringing the park up to code and got rid of the rift raft. I think It's a very nice quiet and safe place to live. The only bad thing is some of the older neighbors are retired and have nothing better to do but watch everyone else and wonder what everyone else is doing and are extremely nosey. And tell everyone what they think they might have seen”
