“I can not say enough good things about this place! Our first year we did competitive gymnastics and fell in love with not only Trilogy, but the staff as well! Since we had such an awesome experience last season, we decided to branch out and let our daughter try some of their other programs and they are all amazing! The staff members are all the nicest, hardest working, and motivational coaches ever! The little girls see that example being set and they are pretty good to one another as well when it comes to talking them up and being a “team” with positive attitudes and sportsmanship. Love this gym!”

“I cannot say enough about The Grind South!! I use their services for personal training. They always help me reach my goals and push me to the next level. It is a great place for youth classes too. My son started the youth classes and he enjoys it. The trainers show him exactly how use the equipment properly. He has improved so much with his strength, agility, and we are looking forward to our next baseball season. The crew there is great and very friendly. They keep it very clean. I would recommend them over and over!!”

“I love the atmosphere and enthusiasm of the staff. It's lots of fun working out in the classes, and glad it is are part of membership. Clean gym, welcoming and accepting, respectful to all people and their individuality. I like how it is 24 hour access. Bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I like the low cost of tanning too, only $10 and it is 24 hour access so I can come in whenever to tan and work out. Finally, I like how the dues are taken out automatically which is nice because it is consistent and the cost is reasonable for the attention you receive.”

“Literally the BEST gym in Jefferson County and certainly beats all the Corporate gyms around. New owners have really stepped up and made this gym a place everyone can enjoy and get a great workout in. The community is amazing and everyone's always so nice. Plus it's nice as a female being able to workout in a comfortable environment! They also just added more Bootcamp style classes, more personal trainers and a couple massage therapists!”

“Nice gym. I've been into fitness pretty much all my life. Love working out and the feeling rewards. Found this gym last month (May 2020), and I've been impressed with them from the get go. My other gym is still closed because of the Covid-19. Complete Fitness is in Jeff Co. They opened safely back in May. This little gym is complete! It has lots of equipment for pretty much all your fitness needs. Whether you are a gym rat or just want to stay/maintain your fitness level, or get in shape, this gym has it!!! They are under new management, new owners, and these 2 guys really care about the gym (inside and out), probably because they have been working-out at this gym, and using these facilities for years! I'm adding a few pics, so you can see for yourself the equipment they have. People are nice and friendly. You won't be disappointed. Good luck”

“Great experience, I joined with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. Had previously had a membership with Club Fitness. Even though this location isn't 24 hours their operating hours fit most schedules so you aren't forced into paying a higher membership fee each month to be able to workout. Annual fees were mentioned when I signed up but no mention of a cancellation fee and no contract. So far my only complaint would be that the free weights go up by five pounds instead of by two and a half like at club fitness but that is just a small matter, everything else has been great.”
