(June 7, 2022, 8:38 pm)The place is getting better with the new company that bought it last December. The are putting new rules and bringing new homes. They are renting and selling used and new places. My experience was good for 6 years that I stayed there. The schools district fox is good . Pets are allow all the homes got parking for two cars or more. You are in one of the greatest location Fenton MO just a mile from walmart and the bluffs plaza . There is tenants with their own starting business such are mechanical work, welders, lawn care. You have lots of choices to rent, buy or bring your own mobile home.
(March 15, 2022, 4:26 pm)The Management is sooo much better than it has ever been. Marlene gets things done. Love all the rehabbing going on with some of the older homes and all the news home coming in is very much needed.
