So you will need to either make an appointment by going into the office, or setting up another with a current appointment. The front desk NEVER NEVER answers their phones.”

“Everyone there has been extremely helpful. They've always been courteous and patient. I use a post office box and have never had any major delivery problems. The only suggestion I would make is if a package doesn't fit comfortably into the size of particular post office box, it's better to leave a slip in the person's box to pick it up at the counter rather than try to make it fit in the box. Sometimes the item in question might be art paper or other items that should not be bent.”
