“This may be hard to believe but kids riding dirt bikes is a low priority call and while you are mad at 911 they have a job to do too. They have to try and sort out what is an emergency and what is not. They do a great job under pressure with multiple calls coming in at once. I would suggest you go see what they do before you make such a harsh judgment. It is not anyone that can do a job like this it takes a very special well trained person to answer calls for service. “This is why I Highly Recommend Patterson Family Paractice: Dr. Patterson and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner! He has been my primary care physician for a long time now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I went in for routine and discussed allergies to Dr. Patterson. He knew from my description exactly what I needed. I spent all weekend outside without a runny nose, sneezing fit or congestion. I thought to myself why didn't I talk to him about this sooner. I was switching to find the best over counter medicine Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, Advil cold and sinus, and Benadryl. I did this forever and got no relief. I also have tried a specialist before speaking to Dr. Patterson. I was pricked up and down my arms. Now I know that was such a waste of time. I even went to an Urgent care facility for it before. That was another waste of time & money! Finally, I am allergy free and can breathe. Thank you, Dr. Patterson! The staff is so efficient. They are very equipped with the most up to date information. My bill was due when I came in. The front desk politely asked me if I wanted to pay it. I was so surprised that she was so passive and nice. It made realize these ladies must have trouble with people not paying and getting angry at them. I told her of course I want to settle up that bill immediately. She asked very nicely the whole balance. I told her Yes of course I don't want an outstanding medical bill out there. Dr. Patterson's staff is genuine & cares about their patients.”

She negotiated for me to have a lesser charge on a speeding ticket so I didn’t get points on my license and even after all of that when I was late to pay she got me an extension. She has really affordable costs and will make sure she puts you first. The only reason I give a 4 star is because I wish she was a little more accessible when I really needed her.
