“BMF is the best gym I have belonged to. It is large, well equipped and very clean. The equipment is well maintained. I feel very comfortable going in and working out. My daughter, granddaughter and I go several times a week. It does not have that "meat market" vibe. Two things that really impress me about the owner of BMF • There are a lot of teenage boys/athletes who go there. They get one-on-one help and the owner works with them in groups. Brandon has a great knack for relating to these kids, a way of authorative instructing with encouragement and explanation. • The atmosphere is very low key, friendly but not intrusive. Family friendly with a kids' room. Inspirational quotes on the walls, including a favorite of mine by Mother Theresa. But make no mistake, this is not a trendy foo foo place. It is a very serious place to get a healthy workout and relaxation combined. People of all ages go here.”

“Nice, newer hotel. Everything was clean, check in was very fast. Bed was comfortable, the sheets were super soft. A little noisy though, you can hear everyone slamming their doors shut. Very good grab and go breakfast, considering Covid precautions. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations very close. Drove a little farther outside of KC considering the reviews for this hotel surpassed the other Holiday Inns closer to the city. If I needed to, I would do the same and stay here again.”

“My family of 5 have been going to Healthy Smile for several years. I'm a "nervous" dental patient and went to several other dentists before I finally found the right one. I recently went on a trip and had an old filling chip while on the plane. I immediately called to set an appointment once I left the airport. Not only do they have warm and caring staff who always make you feel comfortable, but they were able to squeeze me in once I returned home. I honestly can't say enough about this office! Very friendly front office staff, assistants are always nice and patient, and the dentist always answers every crazy question I ask with complete patience, not to mention... SUPER gentle and sensitive to nervous patients of every age.”
