“Compass is not so bad that it is a 2.8 out of 5. Seriously, most people who have shared their experience either expect Compass to be miracle workers or expect them to completely change all their policies to revolve around them. They are just people. Most of them care and are doing the best they can. I have only had one mishap in all my years with them. And the only real problems I would change are; it being hard to get ahold of your prescriber and the dental will Bar you from service after two missed visits. But those of us who rely on Medicaid transport, which is notoriously unreliable, should have a "get out of being barred free" card when Medicaid transport fails to pick us up. Otherwise, I am happy with my service.”

“I have ADHD, and there’s currently a stimulant shortage for what I normally take. I called multiple pharmacies in the area and they didn’t have any of the doses I’d normally take in stock. My coworker mentioned this place to me, so I got a lower dosage of my prescription sent to them. I called the pharmacy to let them know, and the man that answered was very polite and knowledgeable about the stimulant shortage, and even gave me information on my drug’s expiring patent that I didn’t know about. He was able to get it filled that same day, however I had issues with my prescription insurance wanting to do a preauthorization for a lower dose. This same pharmacist that helped me on the phone was very empathetic and talked me through all of the necessary steps of insurance pre authorization. He contacted my prescription insurance for me and even advocated for me on the phone with them, attempting by to bypass the unnecessary preauthorization (it was the same drug I’ve been on for over 12 years, just a slightly lower dosage, so the preauthorization for it during this stimulant shortage was very arbitrary and unnecessary.) He was very polite to me on the phone, in person, and on the phone with my insurance. This facility’s pharmacy is the only pharmacy in my area that still has the dosages of the drug that I can take. There is never a line in the pharmacy, the communication with their patients and each other is remarkable. Normally I go to CVS for my psychiatric medications, but I think I’ll just go here from now on. They are very quick to answer the phone and get prescriptions filled, and they clearly do their absolute best to advocate for their patients. Thank you Compass Health pharmacy, you saved me in the middle of this stimulant shortage, and you made the whole frustrating process of insurance preauthorization much easier for a patient like me with ADHD that gets easily overwhelmed and impatient with setbacks. You guys are awesome 💜”

“Ordered from here this evening and had a wonderful experience. From the quality of the food, to the exceptional service and the clean restaurant environment. The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. They ran out of regular chicken (there would've been a 30 minute wait) and the lady suggested trying the Cholula Chicken 🐔 which was very delicious and spicy. I really love that you can customize your food however you like and that there are a variety of options to do so. They wash their hands in front of you and glove up which I really liked, especially with the time of year and everything that's going around. The young lady that rang us up was very sweet and made sure to honor my rewards and that I scanned my bar code to get more rewards points. I'll definitely come back to this location. Really great experience during this visit! Keep up the excellent work!!!”

“I cannot say enough about this facility and the staff. They opened a new 800 hall all women memory care unit. While this has been the hardest thing I've ever had to do, trusting my loved one to strangers, they have gone out of their way to make this transition as easy as possible! Her room is beauful. With TV and apps provided. The food is good. The staff has been caring and attentive. She gets to go on 2 walks a day outside, they took her to do activities like bingo. I visited a few places, and by far, this was the best. It is not in close proximity, but the peace of mind of knowing she's safe, is worth it! Tanika has been great. She let me tour the facility prior to her being there, let me meet the other residents, stayed late even, and checks in on my mom daily. The staff on duty in the memory care, have been kind, and address most needs and called me to get my permission, when one of her friends wanted to take her out for ice cream, and also called me when she returned to let me know. Stephen, in the office has been so patient and helpful. His job is a lot, but he is there for you to get you through whatever needs to be done. My mom took a very sudden and rapid decline, and we were completely blindsided by all of this. Kristy is an advocate for placement, and oversees I think, about 8 facilities. She was my lifeline through this process. She is honest, and truly cares. I am so grateful to everyone involved . I highly recommend Kristy and this facility.”

“For Jess an excellent employee who treated me very well.. I'm 52 and I have either been a blue fish or a swinger couple. I've been coming into places like this for a long time. I'm very familiar with the prices of the things that I buy. I can tell you that they were lower than the other places I've been in the Kansas City area. For me the jewel in the whole experience was the store clerk. I got to tell you I was really impressed with her. I asked her questions that would have probably offended someone not working in an adult store. She didn't even blink,she was nice the whole time. It is true she couldn't answer every question I had but I'm not sure she should have been able to as a woman. To your store manager because I enjoyed my experience with Jess. I will definitely be coming back. In general I was really impressed with the whole store. Awesome selection very clean store good prices. If I had one complaint it would be your selection of pills for men was very small and didn't have any of the pills I take. So my suggestion would be get a bigger selection of pills. That one might seem like a small thing to most but after 50 not so much”

“Dr Scott Abraham did a fabulous job on my robotic knee replacement! I was walking with a walker the day of my surgery and able to go home the day after. My recovery has been remarkable. I’m less than a month out from surgery and already back where I was with extension before surgery and only 14 degrees away from it with my flexion. My progress has been amazing.
