“I am from Ohio and was visiting a friend in Arkansas, in inclement weather when I slid off the highway and hit a guard rail damaging my truck pretty bad. After towing my truck to this location and finding out that it would not be able to be looked at until the following day, they were awfully generous to give me a ride to a hotel for the night and offered to give me a ride to get food if needed! They were able to assess my truck the next day and told me everything that was damaged in the accident, and offered to do the bare minimum to get me back to Ohio. For a great price they did an alignment and set me up for my 8 hour drive home. I’m happy to report that I was able to safely make it home thanks to the professionalism and hospitality that they offered! I want to personally thank you guys and if 6 stars were an option I would certainly give that! Thank you for the generosity and help in an unknown location and uncertain conditions!!!”

“I’ve been going to this location since their last location was next door back in the 90s. I went in have my tier put on and an alignment done. I had to get there before opening as suggested the day before, sit on the bench or stand by the door. The line is no joke and the parking lot fills up fast. If the manger needs to let everyone know at the same time they will give you a speech. I had my tiers in the car ready to go but they don’t have appointments. That was ok I left my car they would call me once my car was ready. They did inspect my car to find the problem why I needed the alignment. I was glad they call me earl in the morning to give me the news, the cost and it would be taken care of that day. Because of the stimulus it is bet to call first to make sure they have your size tires and will be able to do your vehicle that day.”

“I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 (🥴) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me.
