“Each branch that I have visited (Memphis, Southaven, Olive Branch , Oxford) has had great customer service. I have banked with numerous institutions over the years (including credit unions) , but have never been satisfied with the level of customer service for an extended period of time. Usually I would have to stick to one location and after a few visits, I would be disappointed. BancorpSouth has given me a different experience over the last few years and I highly recommend them. Side Note: Sandy Hayes at the Snowden Grove Location has gone above and beyond regarding a recent issue I was having. The initial problem should have taken no more than 10 - 12 business days to resolve but for someone reason has dragged out for over a month. Sandy stayed on top of it until it was resolved and made sure to keep me in the loop. She is outstanding!”
