“The best provider in Desoto county. Montana in the front is so welcoming and polite. She always has candy and coloring books with crayons for littles if needed. Dr. Bailey is just fantastic. I feel so comfortable talking to her. She is great with my kids. Everyone who works there is actually great with my kids. If I have issues with my prescriptions all I have to do is email Dr. Bailey and she responds within a few hours (if not sooner). Most place you have to leave messages with nurses or wait days for a call back. The communication here is a 10. I always recommend my friends, family, and co-workers to give them a try. Also, Teresa isn’t my doctor but every encounter with her she has been absolutely pleasant. She is sweet and loving with my kids.”

“I’ve been a patient since I switched from a pediatric dentist as a child. Dr. Rather did a root canal on me several years ago and I can tell you I didn’t feel a thing. What most impressed me recently was my child’s pediatric dentist told me they would need to sedate my child for a certain dental procedure. I ran it by Dr. Rather, considering the work they wanted to do was on a baby tooth that is soon to come out. He told us what to monitor for and told us to bring him in. The hygienist was so good with him. He let her clean his teeth entirely with their tools, which was a first. They took X-rays, assessed the cavity and re-educated on what to look for reassuring me surgery and anesthesia was unnecessary at this time. We’ve gotten great reports ever since. And not to mention the office building is beautiful. The most friendly front desk staff you will come in contact with. We love DR. RATHER AND HIS TEAM!”

“Love how I can see the wait time and reserve a spot. I received updated messages when to head to the facility. The staff is amazing from the receptionist, the nurse who took my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was treated with care and I genuinely felt cared for, not just a number. This is my second time coming here in the last 2 years and both experiences has been amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great urgent care!!”

“Robert is still a very personable individual and easy to talk to. The new hearing aids are very much improved from my previous. Price is a little steep but there are lots of features. All is going well except I answered the phone from my hearing aid and liked to never got the static to clear up. It was user error not the equipment.”
