I stopped by to update my auto insurance policy and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Bert and his staff were so kind to me. Bert called a locksmith for me, and then went ahead and processed the claim for me on the spot instead of having to file it later. I had my daughter with me, and they gave her a toy and offered us drinks as we waited. This was even after they had already closed. They were awesome, and I appreciated it.
