“They repaved the road outside of my house and didn't give any warning that they were going to do it, I just looked out the window and they were doing it. They saw that I was trying to leave and when asked how much longer they would take they said it would be another hour. It was multiple hours and then they left when the tar was still wet. I am unable to get my car out of the driveway to go where I want to. The good part is the road has had potholes for a long time and they finally fixed them.”
