“Muffler Doctor & Auto Clinic in Cottage Grove was great. Needed muffler repair on one of our cars. Didn't want to spend much as this car bluebook value is really low (although any good running car is invaluable these days) Was pleasantly surprised by Muffler Doctor. I called, and they suggested I really had to come in, which makes sense. They gave me options/pricing, and really tried to keep the price low. The dealership quoted me $4,000 (to be clear, dealer did say 'shop around') to repair whole system. I drove out of Muffler Doctor with a repaired, safe, car for just under $200.”

I have used them 3 times first when I first purchased my Mustang used and it had a few dings on the hood and twice this year 2022 due to the two golf ball sized hail storms we had. They got me an appointment for an estimate as soon as I called and were well beneath the market rate at body shops and even came in under the insurance company estimates. Also they are super honest this laat time I went the car came in $300 under the estimate and saved me when it came time to pay. However my main concern was the quality of the repairs and they surpassed my expectations. Below is the after shot the before looked like Swiss Cheese, a flawless repair.”

“Had an unexpected alternator issue which resulted in a tow. This was the nearest shop to my breakdown. Towed in on a Friday and was ready to pickup on Monday. Unfortunately on my drive from the shop my serpentine belt snapped. I called the shop and they immediately took accountability and had my car towed free of charge back to their shop. The very next day my car was ready to go. I applaud them for taking accountability that swiftly… it’s a rarity in the industry.”

I called Neuman's Truck Service, and Ryan was out there within an hour or so. He fixed the starter and had the truck drivable and we are back in action with our work truck-no tow to a repair shop required. Completely pleased. “These guys were awesome to work with! Got my truck in for an estimate, got parts ordered, got it scheduled. A couple weeks later got it in and repaired in 4 days. Due to supply chain issues, parts availability is affecting all industries and suppliers, so that is not at all Tired Irons fault, also the other guys insurance was a little slow at approving the repairs. Tired Iron did their part in great time. Got the truck back, looks great, all fixed up. Scott communicated with me the whole time and was very helpful. The team did a great job on the repair. I'd recommend these guys, even if you have to drive a little further to get to them.”
