YogaFresh

YogaFresh is truly one of the best yoga studios. They offer a wide variety of classes for all levels and have wonderful instructors. Not to mention the space is absolutely gorgeous. I love their focus on providing a great experience for everyone that walks through the doors.

After having been a student, I am now starting my third year as a YogaFresh teacher. My commitment to this studio is grounded in the fact that YF has consistently provided a student-focused experience, quality instruction, and strength of community. At YogaFresh, our students are respected and treated like the beautiful, unique individuals that they are. I'm honored to be part of this thoughtful community.

I participate in the Gentle Yoga classes twice a week in studio and also do a number of on-demand classes from home. For me the most valuable results are improved posture and the ability to breathe more deeply. Very relaxing and rejuvenating.

I look forward to going to Yoga Fresh. All the instructors are awesome! They make you feel so good about yourself. They are very informative and helpful with positions. You can ask them anything and they will take time to answer your questions. I love this studio!!!

Yoga Fresh is a special place to practice yoga. The environment is warm and welcoming for beginners and advanced students. It is not cookie cutter or commercial. The owner has a genuine investment in the development and practice of the members.The teachers are welcoming and invested in a creative and measured practice that is considerate of skill level for students.
